I spent a long time figuring out what I wanted that would also honour my husband and his memory... and with Rinne’s assistance... we were able to design that something.. thank you so much.
Whitney....words can't not express how much I love this.
Thank you for reading my Mind & thoughts.
Thank you Rinne and Cascade Monuments in helping me pick out the right stone for my son. It was complicated in that his resting place is in Petersburg AK and I needed to get it there from Bellingham. Rinne worked tirelessly in finding out options for travel and working with the City of Petersburg to get it set. So caring and kind and working to find solutions to make this as easy as possible.
Thank you Rinne
For handling the urn for Marvin. You were very professional and caring of his transfer of his ashes from Oklahoma to his final resting place in Washington. We appreciate your kindness.
I highly recommend this small family business...Rinne was amazing! I don’t think he sleeps.
He answered my inquiry within 24 hours and was most helpful in securing a beautful flag case. He was very thoughtful and detailed when placing my order. He also called to make sure the case arrived in good condition. Thank you for making this experience warm, easy to complete and working with me as if I a member of your family.
God Bless !
Thank you Rinne for your expert help in organizing a headstone for my aunt. It looks dignified beneath the dogwood tree, near her parents, brothers, niece and nephew. Your step-by-step guidance is a testimonial to your professionalism and compassion.
I am SO GRATEFUL for an artist who knows what he's doing and who is willing to express an opinion . . . I know nothing of how the end product will turn out and I'm so impressed with the counsel I received from this artist. Again - Thank you for sharing the wisdom which comes with talent and experience and thank you for not doing anything I want just because I am the client. I appreciate you and your integrity. I feel so good working with both of you. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your expertise and wisdom in this time of my life. I would recommend Cascade Monuments to anyone.
Good Morning Rinne,
Just a note to tell you how much I appreciated working with you and all your efforts on Marks monument. I have thought of you quite often and pray for you and your family.
We are all so pleased with how the monument turned out. Especially the picture of Mark. Next time you go to Bayview walk back and forth about 4+ feet in front of the side with Marks face. His eyes follow you. Looking at his face/eyes gives the feeling that he is right there with you. This gives a personal and close feeling with Mark. Like he is real and alive. There with us. There in the eternal realm, eternity that somehow connects with us on earth. His continuing existence is not as we can see, or hear him, but we feel him close in our spirits. Compared with the hard block granite tombstones with chiseled in names and dates, which feels so cold, impersonal, and 'gone'.
I hope all is going well with you and your family. If there is ever anything I can do for you Rinne, please let me know. You were a help to me in my time of need, and I want to be of help to you as you need.
Marks monument came and was set up on Dec. 20th. Joe, Machelle, several friends and I were there through the setting up process. Marks face turned out perfect. The way he is looking toward the viewer gives one the impression that he is alive and looking right at them.
This has had quite an effect on all who knew Mark.
Have you seen it yet? Let me know your impression when you see it.
Again, I hope all is well with you and your family.
We went and seen moms tombstone last sunday after church. Looks so nice. Thank you. Very pleased.
